Keto Meal Prep | Easy Egg Muffin Cup Breakfast (baked egg omelette)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup egg white
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 plum tomato chopped
  • 2 slices organic turkey slices
  • 1 slice organic cheddar cheese
  • Handful of spinach


Steps:

1. Spray cup cake pan with oil to prevent sticking
2. Add spinach to each cup
3. Add veggies, meet and cheese to
