Here is a quick and easy 20 min kettlebell workout to target your entire body to speed up your fat loss goals! Watch video to see exercises demonstrated.
  • 30 secs of each exercise, followed by 30 seconds rest. 
  • 1-2minutes rest after all exercises completed. 
  • Repeat entire circuit 4xs

1️⃣deadlift/squat combo
2️⃣lunge
3️⃣kettle bell swing
4️⃣ bent over row
